I might be about five years behind the rest of the world, but I’ve finally decided to jump on the blogging bandwagon. I’m not entirely convinced I’ve got anything interesting, intelligent or useful to say, but at the very least it’ll give me something more productive to do with my spare time than watching repeats of How I Met Your Mother.
So what can you expect from Maygrove Road? The truth is, I’m not too sure yet. There’ll probably be some restaurant and bar reviews (I eat out a lot – if you saw the state of my shared kitchen, you would too), a bit of amateur photography (mainly pictures of cocktails and cupcakes, knowing me), posts about all the weird and wonderful things there are to do in London, and a lot of running talk (probably more running talk than actual running).
So that’s the plan. In the meantime, I’ll settle for just figuring out how to work WordPress!
If any seasoned bloggers want to take pity on a clueless newbie like me, and leave some tips in the comments section, that would be amazing. Consider it your good deed for the day.
